郭兴波，研究中心支部书记，博士，讲师。2024年于昆明理工大学获博士学位，2024年至今在曲靖师范学院化学与材料工程学院云南省晶态多孔有机功能材料重点实验室从事锂离子电极材料研究。主要的研究方向有：（1）三元前驱体合成；（2）高镍正极材料体相改性和界面调控；（3）固态电池的开发与应用研究。相关研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表在《Energy Materials》《Solid State Sciences》《Journal of Alloys and Compounds》《Electrochimica Acta》等期刊。
